yes, photoshop. if you learn by experimenting you'll soon discover a wide variety of tools to give cool effects. the key is, to never stop playing!

I'm actually VERY new in photography.
I know, like, nothing.

And how did you do to make it look so..

well the camera I used has to do a lot with it, a canon 20D. with nice shutter speed for the light condition (afternoon)
